Annie joined Pinewood Natural Health Centre in 2007. She is the Clinic Manager / Customer Relations Manager responsible for scheduling appointments, assisting patients with inquiries about their care, and billing services for both clinic locations. Annie manages patient and laboratory accounts, provides computer/software technical support, and assists with the smooth implementation of clinic policies and procedures.

Annie was born in Newfoundland and is proud to be a descendant of the Aboriginal people from Conne River, Newfoundland, home to over 800 Miawpukek & Qailpu (Mi’kmaq) First Nations people. After completing a diploma in Business Software and Administration, Annie entered the field of natural health care as the Head Clinic Receptionist at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic located in the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (C.C.N.M) in 2000
