Cheryl has always had an interest in health and wellness. Cheryl’s first introduction to Pinewood was as a patient, where Dr. Rahman restored her health. In 2005, she joined Pinewood Natural Health Centre. Cheryl’s position as Chief Operating Officer encompasses all aspects of the business side of managing the overall operations of the Toronto and Pickering clinics. She is passionately involved in supporting Pinewood’s practitioners and staff and dedicated to providing a positive educational environment for patients to make lifestyle changes for health renewal and disease prevention.

Cheryl graduated from Ryerson University, specializing in nutrition, marketing, and management. She began her career in sales and management in the health insurance industry. Six years later, wanting the flexibility to work at home with her young family, Cheryl worked as an independent marketing consultant helping to launch new health insurance programs, while completing a Medical Administration program at Durham College at night. Since 1997, she has been helping chiropractors, nutritionists, massage therapists and naturopathic doctors successfully manage and expand their practice, bringing their preventative health care to the community.
