The microwave you use in your kitchen and even the smart meter that you might be using to monitor your blood glucose might also be an issue.
You can get a start by limiting your use of these items an also:
- Talk on a landline whenever possible
- Carrying your cellphone in a g instead of next to your body
- Use earphones when talking on the cellphone instead of holding it up to your ear
- Use the speaker phone on your cell instead of holding it up to your ear
- Switching your cellphone to airplane mode so that it is not always harnessing Wi-Fi
- Switch from wireless Internet service back to Ethernet
- Rest your laptop on a table and not on your lap
- Replace your smart meter with an old analogue meter
- Replace your microwave with a convection oven
Remember that the key to reducing EMFs in your life is reducing your reliance on anything that uses Wi-Fi, especially 5G Wifi or microwaves.
