How Drinking Juice Before Bed Helps Remedy Insomnia

Bunch up lettuce and push through the juicer’s hopper and drink immediately.

Calming Collard Cocktail

Collard greens contain an enormous amount of calcium – more than any other leafy green. The garlic, chives and parsley add a kick of magnesium to make the calcium work more effectively. This savory cocktail may help put you to sleep.

If you don’t have collard greens you can substitute kale or mustard greens instead, which are also extremely high in calcium.

  • Handful of collard greens
  • Small tomato
  • Chives
  • Parsley

One of the keys to curing insomnia using fresh juices is to take them in a timely fashion, which in this case is about thirty minutes before it is time for you to go to bed. If you ingest the juice and then do not make an effort to go to bed and go to sleep these natural remedies may not work
