To create individualized plans, Pinewood's Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Karen Gilman works with clients to understand their medical and lifestyle history.

Karen's services often start with a Basic Nutritional Assessment which involves a Lifestyle Assessment Questionnaire and a Diet Diary.
